Efudix cream should be continued until erosion occurs, at which point the medicinal product should be discontinued. It is difficult to judge on the basis of such a short description and one photo. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the typical duration of treatment with Efudix cream is 2-4 weeks.
In this situation, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides on the possible treatment of the patient, m.in. on the basis of the patient's medical history and previous response to treatment.
