Can I experience no bleeding and bloating while using Cerazette?

I've been taking cerazette since February 25, 2024 (after years of not taking anything), I have never had bleeding, and I feel bloated, is this normal?

Women taking Cerazette may have a change in their bleeding pattern and it may stop completely. Gastrointestinal side effects such as flatulence may also occur with the use of Cerazette.
If you cannot accept the absence of bleeding and side effects, report this to your doctor.
