Roswera does not reduce the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill Vibin. However, it can increase the level of hormones in the blood, thereby increasing the risk of contraceptive side effects. If you notice that you feel unwell or have any worrying symptoms, you should see a doctor. In such a situation, it may be advisable to switch to an ultra-low-dose combined hormonal preparation (e.g. Vines).
