Most aerosol/gel/wipes preparations will be contraindicated for use in the case of a partner's pregnancy. Any product that may come into contact with the mucous membrane of a pregnant woman during intercourse must be safe for the fetus. The use of Bravera Control or other devices containing lidocaine (the possibility of penetration of the active substance through the placental barrier) is not recommended. Wipes/gels containing natural extracts can be irritating to intimate zones, which are exposed to additional discomfort in pregnant women anyway. In this situation, the solution may be, for example, condoms that prolong intercourse, which are covered from the inside with a lubricant with the addition of a substance that reduces the sensitivity of the penis. I also encourage you to seek advice from a urologist or sexologist - there is a prescription drug available on the pharmaceutical market that delays ejaculation (Priligy). Consultation with a specialist will also allow you to assess the cause of the problem and implement solutions that are more beneficial in the long term.
