According to the website of the Polish Ministry of Health:
"Citizens of Portugal, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Czech Republic, Croatia and Spain can purchase their cross-border e-prescription in Poland. "
It would be best to contact an employee of the particular pharmacy.
