Hello, I prepared the amoksiklav suspension not in hot, but warm water about 38 degrees and then immediately put it in the fridge. Does the drug do its job? Has it maintained its properties? Or rather for disposal?

The manufacturer of the drug informs that when preparing the suspension, the powder should be poured with boiled, cooled water. That is, preferably at room temperature.
For your child's safety, I would advise you to dispose of the medication and go to the doctor for a prescription for another pack.
You can also use a pharmaceutical prescription service, preferably from the pharmacy where you bought your previous pack of antibiotic.
