The side effect of Silodosin related to abnormal ejaculation (ejaculation) goes away when you stop taking the medicine.

The half-life of the drug and its active metabolite is between 11 and 18 hours. This means that after 55 to 90 hours (approx. 2.5 - approx. 4 days), insignificant amounts of the drug and its active metabolite remain in the blood. After this time, the side effects should subside.
