Does each tablet have the same composition, so you don't have to take it in order of arrows? and if I change my medication, do I have to finish the pack or can I switch to e.g. Systen Conti patches (3.2 mg plus 11.2 mg each) at any time?

You did not mention the name of the medicine in your question. If you have a question about Angeliq marked in the tags, please read on.
In the case of Angeliq tablets, each of the tablets has exactly the same composition and it does not matter the order in which they are taken. Blisters marked with the days of the week are intended to facilitate regular use of the preparation and to prevent errors related to missed doses.
Changing the preparation to patches, e.g. Systen Conti, should be made according to the recommendations of the attending physician.
