Good morning, I have saved Exacyl 2x1 and Hemorigen 3x2 until the end of menstruation, for heavy bleeding. 2 years ago I had surgery for a hemorrhagic cyst and now I'm afraid that this condition will not return. Can any of these drugs promote the formation of these or other cysts?

Exacyl and Hemorigen are medications used to reduce heavy menstrual bleeding. However, there is no evidence that any of them directly promote the formation of cysts, including the hemorrhagic cyst that you had surgery on 2 years ago.
Ovarian hemorrhagic cysts are the most common type of ovarian cyst and can develop spontaneously, regardless of medications taken. Risk factors for their formation include, m.in, previous ovarian surgeries, pregnancy, the use of hormonal contraception or endometriosis.
If you are concerned about the recurrence of a hemorrhagic cyst, it is best to consult a gynaecologist who, based on your medical history and current health condition, will assess the risk and recommend appropriate treatment.
