I am 52, chronic prostatitis, biliary was removed, after anesthesia urination was reduced to zero, for two weeks???. Thank you.

Tamsulosin (the active ingredient in Tamispras) works quite quickly and relief can be felt even after a few days of treatment. However, in general, a complete assessment of the effect of the drug can only be made after a period of 2-6 weeks.
Generally, the effect of the treatment will not be felt immediately, but the speed and magnitude of the perceived improvement may depend on individual factors. If you have doubts about whether the treatment is going well or you do not feel any improvement despite the passage of time, it is worth talking to your urologist about it.
