Can Cloranxen be combined with Bibloc? Polfenon and Telmizek?

I have recently been diagnosed with additional ventricular heart disorders, I take bibloc 1.25 mg 1x1 a day, polphenone 150 mg 2 x a day and Telmizek 40 mg 1/2 tablet in the morning, in addition I take magnesium with b6 2 x a day, I have panic attacks since I found out about my heart problems, recently my doctor prescribed me cloranksen 5 mg, I am supposed to take it in case of a panic attack, 1/2 tablet in the evening, my question is if I can take it, I'm afraid there will be some reaction with polphenone ???

These drugs can be combined, but caution should be exercised and the body's reaction should be observed.
The addition of Cloranxen may cause a significant decrease in blood pressure and hypotension - this may be associated with hypoxia during sleep and headache during the day. It is a good idea to measure your blood pressure during the day - regularly, e.g. in the morning and afternoon. Record the results of the measurements and present them to the doctor at the follow-up visit. If you notice a regular headache during the day, consult your doctor.

Other symptoms that should prompt you to consult a doctor include, m.in excessive fatigue, sleep problems, difficulty concentrating, dizziness when standing up, fainting. In this case, you should immediately consult your GP or cardiologist.
