Good morning, it's been since 2007 that I've been sclerata and, after many therapies, I'm doing plegridy autoinjector ... I state that, I was taught by the reference nurse, but on a box of 2, 1 does not click ... I took the medication back to the pharmacy... And in the end, they tell me maybe it's my fault !! Like I'm having fun... Has this happened to anyone? Regards, giusy

Plegridy is available as ready-made, disposable prefilled syringes. If the plunger of the syringe does not allow for subcutaneous injection, a suspected quality defect should be reported. A quality defect can be reported to the pharmacy where the drug was purchased or directly to the manufacturer. The data for the local representative of the marketing authorisation holder can be found on the package leaflet and so for Polish are:
