Good morning. Doesn't the supplement Fiber with pineapple (3 types of fiber) lower blood pressure too much? Can it be used with Cyclo Progynov? How much water should you take with the tablets ( how much is " a large amount of water ? )

Fiber tablets with pineapple do not significantly lower blood pressure.
It is worth remembering to drink at least two liters of water a day, because only then will the effect of dietary fiber be optimal for the body.
There are no pharmacological interactions between these drugs, so there are no contraindications to their simultaneous use.
Just remember to keep at least 20 minutes between each tablet you take and always drink the medication with water.
To take a tablet, 0.5 cup of water is usually enough.
If you don't remember to stay hydrated during the day, you can drink 1 or 2 glasses of water while taking the pill.
