Can you take two tablets? Latuda 37 mg instead of one tablet Latuda 74 mg?

Good afternoon... My son was prescribed LATUDA 37mg to be taken initially once a day for a week... then continue with LATUDA 74 mg... The dosage can be compensated with two tablets of 37mg once a day for the continuation of the treatment?... Or you have to take a 74 mg tablet ?...
