How long in advance can I reserve a medicine at a pharmacy in Poland? In other words, how much time do I have to pick up medecine before I lose my reservation? Thank you

It depends on several factors:
- individual arrangements with the pharmacist at the pharmacy (some pharmacies ask patients to pick up the medicine within 48 hours, in others it is possible to make an appointment to pick it up, e.g. within a week)
- availability of the drug (expensive, scarce and hard-to-find drugs should be collected efficiently)
- the type of medication (prescription drugs are subject to prescription expiration restrictions - the pharmacist will not dispense the medication if the prescription is expired, even if the order was made earlier)
It's always a good idea to contact the pharmacy directly to arrange a pick-up date. It is also a good idea to inform your pharmacist in case of a possible cancellation.
