Good morning, I take orgametril for the first month about 11 days for prolonged spotting, bleeding, can there be overlapping cycles when taking without calculating the day of administration

I don't really understand what you mean by "can there be overlapping cycles when taking without calculating the day of administration".
Each new cycle begins with the appearance of bleeding. So if the spotting/bleeding disappears while taking the pills, to start a new cycle of Orgametril, we wait until a new bleeding occurs - then we count 14 days and between the 14th and 25th day of the cycle (as recommended by the manufacturer), you use Orgametril.
Usually, the treatment is repeated 3 times.
