Should I take extra protection if I take Yaz tablets irregularly?
9.99 zł

Good morning, the first time when I pack yaz pills, I have a problem with taking them because I keep forgetting because I am busy. And I don't remember when I took the pills and how many times I skipped today, I took the missed one from the thirteenth day. There has been no intercourse for over a month, how to behave in such a situation, will additional protection be necessary?

If you are not sure whether you have taken all the tablets in the blister, it is best to use an extra protection until the end of the blister.
After the bleeding break (at the next blister) - if you use the tablets regularly, the protection will be fully ensured. In such situations, it is worth considering changing the contraceptive, e.g. to patches. It is enough to change the patch once a week, you don't have to remember about it every day as with tablets.
