Can I go back from using Mounjaro to Ozempic?

I have been injecting Ozempic weekly until now with good effect.
Since February, my doctor has switched me to Mounjaro. Since then I have a great appetite, my sugar levels are getting higher and my weight too. He thinks that if he increases the dose, it will be. I already had to deal with 50 kg weight gain when injecting Insolin. Is it going in that direction again now, I was glad that I got rid of this weight again over the years. Should I inject ozempic again?
