If there is a family history of strokes, can I take
Arthrtotec Forte? It was written down for me because I had a miscarriage at home.

A family history of cardiovascular disease is not a contraindication to the use of Arthrotec Forte.
According to the documentation for medicine, the use of diclofenac (one of the components of the medicine), especially in high doses (150 mg per day) and in long-term treatment, may be associated with an increased risk of serious cardiovascular events (e.g. myocardial infarction or stroke), therefore in the event of any alarming symptoms (e.g. shortness of breath, chest pain, palpitations, fainting, headache and dizziness, tiredness more quickly) you should see a doctor immediately.
