Caution should be exercised when using Zoloft and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (especially: Ketonal, Aspirin, Naproxen), due to an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. A more advantageous choice of a drug from this group will be Ibuprom, which has a broader safety index. You can also take Paracetamol, which has an analgesic and antipyretic effect, but is not an anti-inflammatory preparation.
