At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question are prescription-only, so the legitimacy and need for their simultaneous use in therapy should be determined by a doctor.
If you want to include a new medicine in your therapy, you should discuss it with your doctor, who will tailor the treatment to your current clinical condition. As an outsider, I am not in a position to give you individual medical advice on the basis of a brief description alone. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
Concomitant use of Lasix and Rybelsus may result in a decrease in the antidiabetic effect of semaglutide and an increase in blood glucose levels. Blood glucose levels should be monitored regularly during therapy. If it is too high, you will experience: headaches, difficulty concentrating, strong thirst, frequent urination, drowsiness, visual disturbances or other worrying symptoms - you should contact your doctor.
Caution should also be exercised when combining Elatrex and Pregabalin. The use of both drugs at the same time may cause impaired coordination and impaired consciousness. Constipation may also increase, especially in women and the elderly.
