Good evening I am premenopausal, if I start azalia on any day, due to the fact that menstruation is no longer regular (3/4 months later) how long should I use a barrier contraceptive?

If you start using Azalia on any day of your cycle, it is recommended that you use an additional method of contraception until the end of pack 1. Full contraceptive protection will be provided from the start of the 2nd U.S. packaging of the medicine.
However, if you start taking Azalia on day 1 of your cycle (the day you bleed), you do not need to use an additional method of contraception. Starting the drug between day 2 and 5 of the cycle requires the use of an additional method of contraception for the next 7 days.
I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of Azalia and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
