Hello
Can I start with endovelle just like that? I am currently taking another pill (desogestrel aristo) and am supposed to start it due to endometriosis removed.
Is the change from one day to the next problematic and recommended?

Yes, after consulting your doctor, you can change the tablets even halfway through the pack. Switching from one birth control pill to another is usually safe, but you should proceed with caution and follow your doctor's instructions, especially if you have endometriosis.
On the other hand, if your doctor has not recommended a special procedure, you should follow the generally accepted rules: it is recommended to start a new pill the day after taking the last active pill from the previous pack, or after the last placebo tablet, when you usually took the first pill of your previous contraceptive.
In this case, you should not pay attention to concomitant bleeding. During the first 2-3 cycles of using the new tablets, bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may occur, which should also not be a concern.
Changing the contraceptive pill may be associated with temporary side effects such as irregular bleeding or headaches. Keep a close eye on your body and report any worrying symptoms to your doctor when changing your tablet.
