Hello. For reflux, I drank Dexilant 30 mg, three weeks, then the doctor prescribed Emanera, but Emanera suited me. He went back to Dexilant 60 mg, to drink for another three weeks. And my question is how safe it is, since Dexilant has very serious side effects.

Dexilant, like any drug, is not neutral to the body and has side effects. Side effects may or may not occur. There is no rule as to the appearance and nature of unwanted symptoms in a particular patient.
Dexilant has been approved for marketing, which means that the effectiveness and safety of the preparation has been demonstrated and it should be used when indicated, e.g. in gastroesophageal reflux disease.
