Hello. For the first time I started taking the contraceptive pill Axia Cont (24+4). I took my first pill on 14.03 on the first day of my period. Now it's time for (4) placebo pills. Do you have to take them? Will I get my period after finishing these 4 pills? Should I start a new pack after taking all the tablets from the blister or can I skip the placebo and start a new pack (but how do I know when I will get my period)?

Withdrawal bleeding usually begins on the 2nd-3rd day after the start of
taking placebo tablets (last row) and may not finish before the start of the next pack.
You can therefore complete your current blister pack by taking all the tablets - including placebo. In this case, bleeding should occur at the end of the blister.
If there is no bleeding, you can take a follow-up pregnancy test, which you can buy from a pharmacy without a prescription. If the result is negative, after the last placebo a new pack should be started.
If you want to skip the placebo, you can do it. However, no more than 2 times in a row - you can combine 3 packages. From a practical point of view, this is not a recommended practice at the beginning of the pill use – it can upset the cycle and increase the risk of spotting and bleeding in the middle of the cycle.
In the first 2-3 months of taking oral contraceptives, bleeding may be irregular, may occur while taking active tablets, or spotting may occur. There is no need to worry - the protection is maintained and you should continue to take the tablets - regardless of any spotting or bleeding you observe. The situation should adjust in subsequent cycles.
