It is not recommended to take tramadol (Tramal) in combination with other pain relievers, such as Oxylaxon (oxycodon + naloxone) , without consulting your doctor.

Tramadol is an opioid pain reliever that may interact with other opioid medications, such as Oxylaxon. Concomitant use of these medicines may increase the risk of serious side effects such as seizures and breathing problems, including decreased respiratory rate, volume and even apnoea.

Before taking Tramal in combination with another pain reliever, you should consult your doctor who will assess the safety of such a combination and adjust the dosage. Combining these medications on your own without medical consultation is not recommended due to the potential risks.
