Hello, I have always taken the pill Maitalon 21+7. Now I have received the Daylette 24+7, because the Maitalon 21+7 was no longer available in time. So I always had a 7-day break. My question is: If I take the 24 pills with active ingredient at the Daylette and only take a break for 4 days, doesn't everything get mixed up? Or can I just take only 21 pills as usual, just leave the remaining 3 in the blister and do my 7-day break normally as before? I'm afraid that everything will get mixed up in the end. LG!

No, you should take Daylette for the next 28 days to maintain contraceptive effectiveness. The blister contains 24 active tablets and 4 placebo tablets.
There are two types of biphasic contraceptive pills, those that we take in a schedule of 21 days - 7 days off and 24 days - 4 days off, these regimens should not be changed.
