Risperidone and Arpixor are preparations containing different active substances, risperidone and aripiprazole, respectively. Both products are indicated for use, m.in, in the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
As with all medications, side effects may or may not occur while taking Risperidone and Arpixor.
According to the documentation of both substances, the most common adverse reactions occurring with risperidone were parkinsonism, headache and insomnia, and akathisia and nausea with aripiprazole. A tabular comparison of the side effects of these substances can be found in the following links:

Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict whether and what side effects will occur in a particular person. Whether a drug is safer and more effective for the patient is an individual feature.

Both risperidone and aripiprazole belong to the group of second-generation antipsychotics, exhibiting antagonistic properties to dopaminergic and serotonin receptors.
