Can I buy Xarelto 20 mg on a German prescription? Can I buy Xarelto By mail order?

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
For many years I have been taking 1 x 20 mg of Xarelto daily. Can I buy the prescription drug Xarelto 20 mg in a Polish pharmacy with a prescription from my German doctor? Do I have to appear in person or can I do it online?

If the German prescription contains all the necessary data and is issued in paper form, there are no contraindications to buying Xarelto 20 mg. The prescription must be filled at a stationary pharmacy. It is not possible to purchase the drug by mail order.
