Good morning
I'm on an antibiotic that I'm going to finish taking in 5 days (Klacid - 14 days, Metronizadol - until the end of the package, I've just finished the package). I'm also going to take Mesopral for a month (I have 18 days left). I'm also taking a priobiotic, which I'm supposed to take for the next 30 days after the end of antibiotic therapy. How long does it take for me to go for a check-up from the referral to check if everything is okay?

After the above-mentioned treatment regimen, I assume that you are undergoing treatment for Helicobacter pylori and it is about tests to assess the effectiveness of eradication.
Usually, it is recommended to wait at least 4 weeks after you have finished your antibacterial treatment, which in your case is 4 weeks after you have stopped taking Klacid.
I'm attaching a helpful article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-helicobacter-pylori
Home tests for H. pylori antigens in faeces are available in pharmacies to detect ongoing Helicobacter pylori infection by detecting bacterial protein in the gastrointestinal tract (used to assess the effectiveness of treatment), such as:
