I'd be more inclined towards a positive result, but I still think that you will be sure after the betaHCG test. Doubts can also be dispelled by a visit to a gynaecologist and an ultrasound.

The result of a pregnancy test should be read immediately after it is taken.
It is difficult to clearly assess the result of your test because the diagnostic line is very thin and pale. Please note that too much urine on the sample may cause a false positive result.
If the result is inconclusive, it is worth going to a laboratory and performing a blood test, during which the level of chorionic gonadotropin, produced by the placenta, is determined. This will dispel all your doubts.
You can, of course, repeat the test at home.
