Why can't lactase be dissolved in fat like probiotics?

Why do I need sugar in Delicol (and Kolzym)? The composition includes maltose, maltodexteine, sucrose or glucose-fructose syrup. Why can't lactase be dissolved in fat like probiotics? Won't these sugars harm the baby (developing diabetes, insulin resistance, etc.)?

The process of obtaining the enzyme in its active form does not allow for the creation of an oil product (lactase is active in an acidic environment). Taking into account the physico-chemical properties of the substance, a solution must be created, the concentration of which will be reproducible in every milliliter (and this cannot be obtained if, for example, liquids do not mix). For the reasons set out above, it must be a solution supplemented with flavourings, otherwise it may not be acceptable to children. Personally, I don't think that this amount of sugar can harm a child.

You can find a product in which there will be no added sugar, only glycerol e.g. Mamalac drops.
