Hello.
I was giving my daughter an injection of neoparin in my abdomen and the needle unfortunately stuck centrally in the vein on my hand, because I was holding the already emptied syringe in my teeth. 😔 Should I do something about it, or is it nothing like that and it will go away on its own? 🤔

You have damaged a blood vessel and hence the sensation of pain and subcutaneous haemorrhage. The situation is similar to the effects we often see after a blood draw. Pain at the injection site and bruise, i.e. a subcutaneous haemorrhage that will disappear on its own over time.
You don't have to be afraid. In a few days, the pain should subside and the bruise will heal.
If you are concerned about this, you can apply an ointment to the site of the "accident", which accelerates the process of absorption of the hematoma.
