For more than half a year, I have been using tadalafil 5mg every time at the same time. At the beginning everything was very good, but I have the impression that the drug is slowly losing its effect. Is it possible to get used to the drug to such an extent that it has lost its potency?

Tadalafil is a medication that is mainly used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. There is some evidence to suggest that some degree of tolerance may occur after prolonged use of tadalafil, which means that patients may need a higher dose to achieve the same effect.
Tolerance to tadalafil does not occur in all people and it is not conclusively confirmed, but if you have noticed such a reaction to the drug - consult your doctor, you may need to change to another drug or increase the dose of your current preparation.
