Can chest pain be caused by combining Preato and Brintellix?

Good morning
I've been taking Preato 2 x 75 mg and Brintellix 5 mg for three weeks now. Ever since I started taking these medications, I've had chest pains. I've been to the cardiologist and everything is ok. The pains are not in one place but in different places, as if she was arguing, the pressure itself I don't know how to describe it. In addition, I noticed that when I lie on my side, I don't feel them. I wonder if it could be a side effect of medication, a symptom of neurosis - neuralgia, or maybe from the spine?

I'm afraid I'll need to consult a doctor. A pharmacist does not have the authority to diagnose. A personal consultation with a doctor would be most appropriate.

This symptom may be caused by the combination of Preato and Brintellix - it may be advisable to change the dosage of the medication, but consult your doctor first.

Usually, these types of symptoms should disappear after 3-4 weeks of regular medication. If they persist or worsen, consult a specialist.
