Can I take Duracef after a kidney transplant and does it interact with immunosuppressants?

Good morning, can the antibiotic Duracef be used after a kidney transplant? Is it not harmful when using immunosuppressive drugs

There are no contraindications to the use of the antibiotic Duracef. In patients with renal impairment (including transplantation), the dosage of Duracef should be adjusted according to creatinine clearance to prevent accumulation.
Duracef does not interact with immunosuppressants. You can check the availability of Duracef in pharmacies and make a reservation here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/25626/duracef-kapsulki/apteki
