Such a combination should be used with great caution.
Emanera may increase the risk of side effects of methotrexate (Metex), leading to m.in decreased white, red and platelet counts, liver and kidney damage. The addition of Pylera, which contains, m.in, tetracycline, increases the risk of this type of symptoms.
If you experience weakness m.in, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain (especially in the right side), yellowing of the skin, swelling, decreased urine or other worrying symptoms, consult your doctor urgently.
If you notice any side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
