Caution should be exercised when combining these drugs.
The metronidazole contained in Pylera may increase the side effects of atorvastatin.
The most common symptoms are tingling, burning, numbness and pain in the extremities, muscle weakness and difficulty in performing the intended movements. There is also a danger of muscle damage, which can lead to kidney failure.
If you experience muscle pain, weakness, nausea, vomiting, bleeding, bruising, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, consult a doctor.
