Hello, I'm trying to get pregnant, I have PCOs.
It supplements fertistim, vitamin D3, choline, nac and omega3 epa dha acids.
The new PTGiP recommendations mention vitamin B6 (which I already have in fertistima) and B12, which is not found in fertistima. Can I ask for information on which b12 supplement to introduce? Is naturell methyl-b12 500 1 capsule a day ok?
