Should I be concerned about spotting with Drovelis tablets?

I've been taking drovelis for 1.5 years, I don't have any side effects until today.I got up and went to the gym in the morning, when I came back from the sky I noticed a dark brown/red liquid on my underwear. I've never missed a pill, I did a negative pregnancy test yesterday. A month ago I went to Gin's, everything was fine. Probsa for help if everything is okay and there is nothing to worry about.

Occasional spotting, especially after intense physical exertion, can happen and should not be alarming.
A pregnancy test 10-14 days after intercourse already gives a reliable result, so if 10-14 days have passed since the last intercourse, a negative result means that you are not pregnant.

If spotting also occurs in subsequent cycles, then it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
