Yes, probiotics should be taken during antibiotic therapy, as a common side effect of using these drugs is a disorder of the intestinal flora manifested by diarrhea. Probiotics should be taken throughout the treatment and even up to several weeks after the end of the treatment. It is worth remembering that protective preparations should be taken at an interval from the antibiotic (at least 2 hours - before or after).

Additional information:
- Exposure to UV rays should be avoided while using Tetralysal as it is phototoxic
- Antacids and iron-containing preparations must not be taken together with Tetralysal (min. 2 hours apart)
- Persistent intestinal disorders that occur during the treatment should be consulted with a doctor (risk of pseudomembranous enterocolitis).
