There are no contraindications to the use of Crystal Mind supplementation with Asertin and Ketrel.
Due to the complexity of the supplement, I encourage you to keep an interval of about 3-4 hours between individual preparations to minimize the possible impact of e.g. excipients.
Crystal Mind is a dietary supplement containing m.in. omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins B6, B12 and magnesium, zinc and folic acid. The preparation can be used as a supplement to a proper diet with missing nutrients.
