What does brown spotting mean on the second pack of contraceptive pills?

I've been taking the pill for over 2 months. My doctor told me I could take them too. When my original period was supposed to come, I got this brown spout. But it takes almost a month. When does it stop or what can I change?

The symptoms you are experiencing are most likely related to the switch of the hormonal axis to the contraceptive pill and are typical symptoms occurring in the first month of use (or less severe also in the second cycle on the pill) and should disappear spontaneously with the next pack. If you continue to experience similar or more severe symptoms in the next cycle, please contact your gynaecologist.
