Reimbursement indications of the drug are:

1. Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in patients under 40 years of age in order to achieve the development of multiple follicles, promising to achieve a normal response to ovulation stimulation (follicle-stimulating hormone - FSH below 15 mlU/ml on the 2-3rd day of the cycle or anti-Müllerian hormone - AMH above 0.7 ng/ml (according to the II standard)), in whom there are no previous, inadequate responses to ovulation stimulation and without recurrent miscarriages with the same partner - reimbursement up to 3 cycles.

2. Anovulation in patients under 40 years of age who have not responded to clomiphene citrate and who have a normal response to ovulation stimulation (follicle-stimulating hormone - FSH below 15 mlU/ml on the 2nd-3rd day of the cycle or anti-Müllerian hormone - AMH above 0.7 ng/ml (according to the II standard)) – reimbursement up to 3 cycles.

3. Stimulation of ovarian follicle growth in patients under 40 years of age
living with a significant deficiency of LH, FSH in combination with luteinizing hormone LH – reimbursement up to 3 cycles.
