Good morning. I've been taking Tritico XR 150 mg and Tritico CR 75 mg for half a year now. In addition, a few days ago the doctor gave me Aciprex 10 mg. Can these two drugs be combined? I take Tritico in the evening Aciprex in the morning. Isn't there an interaction between them in spite of this? Ever since 4 days I've had a bad headache. Could there be a connection to this? I would be very grateful for your reply.

Do not use Aciprex and Trittico together unless your doctor tells you otherwise. In this case, the recommended dosage of preparations and the intervals between them should be strictly adhered to. The combined use of preparations increases the risk of the so-called serotonin syndrome, which we have also written about in our opinions:
Symptoms of serotonin syndrome include, m.in, muscle tremors, excessive sweating, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, diarrhea. If your headaches persist, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Headaches can also be a side effect of Aciprex. I encourage you to report their speech. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over the medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:
