There is no need to do so, unless your doctor has told you otherwise. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
Both drugs mentioned in the question (Acard and Inhixa) have an anticoagulant effect, so when taken at the same time, they will make this effect stronger and, for example, prolong the bleeding time from any wounds.
If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is advisable to determine if these medications can be used at the same time. Due to the long elimination period, an interval of at least 6 hours should be maintained between treatments.
If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosage schedule. If you experience unusual bleeding (e.g. from the nose), general malaise, weakness, significantly prolonged blood clotting time, subcutaneous hematomas, tarry feces or other alarming symptoms - contact your doctor immediately. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to reserve Inhixa at a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it upon presentation of your prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34740/inhixa-iniekcja/apteki
Acard is available without a prescription in online and brick-and-mortar pharmacies. Choosing the offer of an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices and order preparations with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1479/acard-75-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Bialystok, Lublin or Krakow, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/koszyk/szybka-dostawa?src=zf
