Yesterday morning I had unprotected intercourse. I use hormonal contraception, I take the pill in the morning, around 7:00 a.m. Then, at 3:00 p.m., I started taking an antibiotic, which can negatively affect the absorption of contraception. Does this intercourse carry a risk of pregnancy? The morning contraceptive pill was the fourth from the blister.

The antibiotic does not work retroactively, i.e. yesterday's intercourse was properly secured, the pill had time to be absorbed and worked, so there is no reason to worry.
From the moment of using the antibiotic - for the entire period of its treatment and for 7 days after the end of the treatment, you should use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom, as protection may be reduced during this time.
