I have a 2 mm tumor on the lower left wing of my nose and have been applying Efudix cream in the morning and evening for about 18 days. In the meantime, a slight, much larger crust has formed and itches. Does this mean an incipient healing?

The use of Efudix on skin lesions usually results in the formation of erythema on the surface of the lesion, followed by the formation of vesicles, then exfoliation of the epidermis, the formation of erosion, and then healing (covering with the epidermis). The onset of the therapeutic effect of the drug occurs after 2-3 days of regular use.
Probably, in your case, the treatment is already at the stage of healing, i.e. covering with the epidermis.
