Should I stop taking Ryego if I'm still bleeding slightly despite endometrial ablation?

Hello, I have a question, take Ryeqo since August 2023, 2 months I had no more priods but then it goes.
At the beginning 2 months no stop period, then 1 week break, then again 1 week that gin until February 2024, then had an endometrial ablation done. I'm still bleeding slightly.I'm thinking about whether I should listen to Reyqo or not
