Regarding the interactions between phosphatidylserine or hydrolyzed silk protein and escitalopram, there is currently no data available to suggest that these compounds work together in a clinically relevant manner. In my view, therefore, there is no cause for concern. However, if you have questions about drug interactions, especially if you are currently being treated with escitalopram and would like to start phosphatidylserine supplementation – consult a medical professional. To the best of my knowledge, if there is a time gap of at least 2-3 hours between individual preparations, nothing bad should happen.
